How to Use NeuroPulse™

NeuroPulse™ is designed to be simple, comfortable, and easy to use. Follow the steps below for best results.

What’s Included

• 1× NeuroPulse™ EMS foot pad
• 1× Remote / digital controller (attached)
• 2× Adhesive EMS gel pads
• 1× USB charging cable
• Instruction card

Before You Begin

  1. Place the unit on a flat surface where you can sit comfortably.

  2. Ensure your feet or skin are clean and dry.

  3. If using adhesive pads, make sure they are securely applied to the skin.

Using the Foot Pad

This is the most common and simplest way to use NeuroPulse™.

Step 1 — Plug In
Connect the controller using the included USB cable if charging is needed.

Step 2 — Turn On
Press the power button to activate the unit. The digital display will light up.

Step 3 — Place Feet
Sit comfortably and place both bare feet on the pad. Using it without socks provides the best results.

Step 4 — Select Intensity
Use the + / – buttons to adjust the stimulation level. Start low and increase gradually.

Step 5 — Use for 10–25 Minutes
You will feel gentle electrical pulses that stimulate nerves and muscles.

Step 6 — Turn Off
When finished, power off the device and remove your feet.

Using the Adhesive Pads (Optional)

These pads allow you to focus stimulation on specific areas, such as toes, ankles, calves, or thighs.

Step 1 — Apply Pads
Peel and place the adhesive pads on the desired area.

Step 2 — Connect
Attach pad wires to the controller if required by your unit.

Step 3 — Turn On and Adjust
Start with a low intensity and increase gradually for comfort.

Step 4 — Use for 10–20 Minutes
Pads provide a more targeted experience for local discomfort.

Step 5 — Turn Off and Remove
Remove pads after your session and store properly.

Note: If pads lose adhesion, clean the skin with warm water, dry thoroughly, and reapply.

Session Recommendations

• Use 1–2 times per day
• Each session: 10–20 minutes
• Many users notice improvement within 1–4 weeks
